ABOUT TODD

Todd joined Milligan Realty following his graduation from the College of Charleston in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to graduation, Todd spent numerous summers gaining experience in different areas of the real estate industry including residential and commercial property management and residential remodeling and improvement. Todd has a passion for real estate, and enjoys making his client’s goals and dreams become a reality! According to SMLS statistics, Todd has helped more people buy and rent real estate in Norwalk each year since 2009 (2009 – 2020) than any other agent in Fairfield County (sales + rentals). He has also helped clients rent and purchase property in Westport, New Canaan, Greenwich, Fairfield, Stamford, Ridgefield, Wilton, Weston and other towns in lower Fairfield County.  Todd is also licensed in New York.

Todd has earned Milligan Realty’s award for “Top Producing Agent” each year since 2011 (2011 – 2020).
In his free time, Todd and his wife Rachael enjoy getting away to Cape Cod, playing golf, paddle boarding, spending time outdoors, and time with family and friends.
