Specializing in Norwalk CT Real Estate, Jason is the founder and Broker of Milligan Realty. com. Before starting his own brokerage office he was a top agent at one of the big brokerage firms. In 2003, Jason became frustrated with the bureaucracy of the large office and opened the doors to a more responsive, technologically advanced way to help people with their Real Estate needs.
Our main objective is to provide easy access to timely, accurate information. We realize that most people begin their property search online and we want it to be convenient and easy to gather information.
Jason graduated cum laude from Hartwick College in 1999 with an Economics and Finance Degree. Jason was an All-Conference football player and still holds the single season sack record. He currently lives in the Cranbury section of Norwalk with his wife and two children. Jason is actively involved with Norwalk recreation where he sponsors and plays touch football and basketball teams. He also speaks Swedish.

Alice graduated from The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York and Ithaca College with a B.S. in business management. She has been employed by Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch Mortgage. Over the years, Alice has devoted a lot of her time to the town of Westport, where she resides. Most recently her energy has been focused on the Staples High School running program. She is also an active volunteer with The Cystic Fibrosis Foundations’ Bike Tour that is held annually at Sherwood Island. Alice enjoys baking, working in her garden and photography and is excited to join the Milligan Realty team after taking a hiatus to raise her two children.

Brian began his real estate career in 2004 as a member of one of Norwalk’s largest sales teams. A multi-million dollar producer in his first year, Brian was an integral member of a team that generated over $30 million in closed transactions in 2004. Servicing greater Fairfield County and primarily Norwalk, Brian works with both buyers and sellers, as well as in residential rentals. He is among Norwalk’s top residential rental specialists, and particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers.
A Norwalk native, Brian is a graduate Cum Laude of Fordham University in the Bronx, NY and has a few classes remaining to complete his Masters Degree in Economics, also from Fordham.
