Before starting his own brokerage office, Jason was the top agent at one of the largest brokerage firms in Fairfield County. In 2003, Jason’s frustration with the practices of the standard real estate offices led him to open the doors to a more responsive, technologically advanced way to help people with their real estate needs.
Jason’s main objective in opening MilliganRealty.com is to provide easy access to timely and accurate information. Jason realizes that most people begin their property search online and wants to provide you with a convenient and easy place to gather information.
Jason graduated cum laude from Hartwick College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance. Jason was an All-Conference football player and still holds the single-season sack record for Hartwick. He currently lives in New Canaan with his wife and three children. Jason is actively involved with New Canaan recreation and politics. He plays in the New Canaan Softball, Paddle Ball, and touch football leagues. He is the Chairman for the Board of Assessment Appeals, a member of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and grievance committee, and the MLS task force.
Jason also speaks fluent Swedish.

Junius graduated from Darien High School and Western New England College, where he majored in business and played varsity football. After college, Junius move out west, specifically to snowbird in Utah, where he worked in the hospitality industry. Upon his return to the east coast, he continued to in the hospitality industry, where he honed his customer service skills.
Junius has always followed the real estate market and has had numerous successful real estate ventures. His acute interest in real estate, combined with his professionalism and easy-going personality made his transition into becoming a Real Estate Agent seamless. Junius quickly became one of the areas leading relocation specialists. During this time, he has learned about the Fairfield County real estate market. MilliganRealty.com is pleased that Todd has relocated from his hometown of Old Lyme to become a member of our team.

Louise joins Milligan Realty following more than a decade of professional experience in financial planning and wealth management at Smith Barney. Born and raised in Darien, Louise is a graduate of Convent of Sacred Heart and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wittenberg University. Louise is actively involved in numerous non-profit organizations. She has established several organizations including the Uniformed Professional Firefighters Association Emergency Relief Fund (CT) in 2001 and the Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey Relief Fund in 2003. Both provide financial assistance to firefighters and their families injured or killed in the line of duty. Louise is married to Lt. Mike Michelson of the Wilton Fire Department. They reside in New Canaan.
