Before starting his own brokerage office, Jason was the top agent at one of the largest brokerage firms in Fairfield County. In 2003, Jason’s frustration with the practices of the standard real estate offices led him to open the doors to a more responsive, technologically advanced way to help people with their real estate needs.

Jason graduated cum laude from Hartwick College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance. Jason was an All-Conference football player and still holds the single-season sack record for Hartwick. He currently lives in New Canaan with his wife and three children. Jason is actively involved with New Canaan recreation and politics. He plays in the New Canaan Softball, Paddle Ball, and touch football leagues. He is the Chairman for the Board of Assessment Appeals, a member of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and grievance committee, and the MLS task force.
Jason also speaks fluent Swedish.

Junius graduated from Darien High School and Western New England College, where he majored in business and played varsity football. After college, Junius move out west, specifically to snowbird in Utah, where he worked in the hospitality industry. Upon his return to the east coast, he continued to in the hospitality industry, where he honed his customer service skills.
Junius has always followed the real estate market and has had numerous successful real estate ventures. His acute interest in real estate, combined with his professionalism and easy-going personality made his transition into becoming a Real Estate Agent seamless. Todd joined Milligan Realty following his graduation from the College of Charleston in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to graduation, Todd spent numerous summers gaining experience in different areas of the real estate industry including: residential and commercial property management, residential home remodeling and improvement, and residential painting. Todd has a passion for real estate, and enjoys making his client’s dreams become a reality.
According to 2009 CMLS statistics, Todd helped more people rent places in Norwalk than any other agent in Fairfield County. Todd also helped clients find places in Stamford, New Canaan, and Westport and coordinated the purchase of multiple commercial spaces in Bridgeport.

Louise joins Milligan Realty following more than a decade of professional experience in financial planning and wealth management. Born and raised in Darien, Louise is a graduate of Convent of Sacred Heart and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wittenberg University. Louise is actively involved in numerous non-profit organizations. She has established several organizations including the Uniformed Professional Firefighters Association Emergency Relief Fund (CT) in 2001 and the Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey Relief Fund in 2003. Both provide financial assistance to firefighters and their families injured or killed in the line of duty.

He has been active in all facets of real estate, including remodeling and new home construction, and has been in sales since 1999. In 2001, Jeff became a licensed appraiser. As the owner of Flax Appraisals, Jeff has an intimate knowledge of all real estate market segments within Fairfield County. Pat graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Industrial Relations. He joins Milligan Realty from Coldwell Banker in New Canaan.
Prior to working in real estate, Pat worked for AT&T, Lucent Technologies for many years, selling communications and data networking equipment to telephone companies and enterprise business.
Pat grew up in New Jersey. He and his wife and three children moved to New Canaan five years ago from Westfield, NJ. He is very involved in the town and is currently serving a two-year term on the New Canaan Board of Assessment Appeals.
Pat's hobbies are cooking, camping and sports. He's enjoyed coaching soccer and baseball for his children's teams and watching New Canaan football while his daughter cheers on the cheerleading team.
